I come from operations, not theory. I’ve spent years inside real business workflows: scaling teams, fixing bottlenecks, building processes, and turning messy execution into systems that actually work.
Today I build AI-powered systems that connect operations, automation, and intelligent agents into one practical layer that drives results.
I’m an operator-builder: I map the business problem, build the practical system where I can, and bring in deeper engineering when the work needs it.
